About National Homebuyer Surveys

A national platform that helps buyers make clear, informed decisions before exchange.

Our role

We help buyers decide what to check before they commit.

National Homebuyer Surveys exists to make pre-purchase survey decisions easier to navigate. Buying a property often involves several reports, and it is not always clear what each one covers.

We currently focus on homebuyer CCTV drain surveys because underground drainage is a common blind spot. A standard survey can be very useful, but it does not usually include an internal camera inspection of buried pipework.

The aim is to make the next step clearer, not add more complexity to the buying process.

Principle 01

Explain survey options clearly without making the buying process more complicated.

Principle 02

Help buyers see where a standard survey ends and where specialist evidence may be needed.

Principle 03

Keep the guidance national in scope while adding useful local context where relevant.

Advice first, pressure never.

The site is built to explain first and sell second. If a buyer needs a quote, the path is clear. If they are still comparing options, the content should help them understand building surveys, drainage surveys, and local context without over-claiming.
